We flew from Istanbul to Maramis to catch our Gullet boat for 8 days. Hmmmmm very rough old boat. Cabin as bad, cringed at the bathroom. Food good, one rough early morning start where we all felt very sea sick. Our cabin was falling to pieces, wardrobe door fell off, bathroom door wouldnt shut so very pleased when we got to calm water.
2 young NZ girls and 1 Auzzie girl became our kids for the week so mum and dad we were.
Only got of the boat once to go to the mud baths and thermal pools (smelt like Rotorua) in Dalyan, cant believe we did this. I was completley grossed out yuk! We had a very scary ride back to our gullet in a pup pup boat. Not much more than a row boat. Waves were crashing over the front, no life jackets, crazy stuff!!!
We stayed in bays for the day and night and just travelled to different ones. Spent a night in Fethyle where we poked around for the day and went back into the town for the night with the kids and smoked a Sashi water pipe - apple flavour.
