Athens 10 - 12 June

Did a city tour of Athens.  Stopped at Panathinaiko stadium - the first olympics 1896, seated 70,000, all marble.
Acropolis, temple of Atherna Nike, Erechtheion of Maiderns all very impressive and amazing views.  Lots of renovation work being done up here.

We left the tour here and made our own way to the Acropolis museum.  Impressive entrance, glass floors over old ruins remains.  All the remains from the achaic period were on display here.
