Had a busy 4 days in Rome. We did a couple of Elite walking Tours. The first day we got instructions from the front desk for the meeting point. 45 minutes later we arrived and then walked all day. The next day we took a cab to the meeting point. Far les streesfull. Visited the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain Piazza Di Spagna (spanish steps/, and many more monuments. 2nd Walking Tour was to Vatican City, museum, St Peters Basillica. Sistine Chapel. All so impressive. We were talked into a tour of the ruins of Circo Massimo and the Colosseum, we took a lift up to the Piazza Venezia and had amazing views of Rome. Our hotel was lovely, very antique, we ate on the sidewalks of cobbled streets and quaint wee restaurants.
